HERO WITH A CAPITAL Z

So next week I’ll be attempting to set up either a Kickstarter or Indiegogo to help fund the next Punchclock Hero minicomic that I’ll with any luck be debuting at HEROES CON and I need your advice on two things:
Which fundraising site should I go with? I like that Indiegogo allows you to keep whatever you raise even if you didn’t hit your goal but Kickstarter has name recognition.
What sorts of reward things would you like to see besides copies of the comic and mini-prints?

  2. orlyman answered: I’d say indiegogo has the fincial gain to it. Also sketches are big reward getters as well as pins and posters

  9. phourcolorphegley answered: I’m not sure how IndieGoGo works, but one thing I like bout KS is that you pay via Amazon, which EVERYONE has. Good luck!! I’ll support!

  11. mikenix answered: Kickstarter definitely. How about some swag, like a shirt or something?
  12. meisterj answered: whatever your highest brackets are get some sort of pinup or their face as a background figure. Indie could potentially help more.
  13. kayladoodles answered: Indeigogo. I’ve heard good stories from there and like you said, you get to keep whatever is raised.
  14. daleof answered: I only have experience with Indiegogo but it was super easy to set up. Just offer what you have time to do. Factor in cost/time as well.
