Terrible Hawkguy sketch I wanted to get out of my system. Yeehaw.
Yes, let’s draw a comic about armwrestling and not be able to draw hands. Brilliant plan, Joe.
Art by Sandra Lanz, for a forthcoming single-issue story written by Kevin Church.
So I maaaaaay be coloring this?
That awkward moment when you’re not good enough at the thing you want to do to do it and are afraid you’ll end up pigeonholed doing the thing you’re kind of good at but not quite.
Well, I’m not sure pigeonholed is quite the word I’m looking for. I’m just afraid.
Here are a couple pages from my script for the first issue of The Paradoxicals, my comic with Joe Hunter, which will debut later this summer!
Blue Beetle sketch/redesign for a comic idea I had that was essentially TED KORD: SCIENCE ADVENTURER…
And then he came out looking like Venom. Balls.
Yet another birthday card… doodle… thing for Caleb.
Go read his comic so this picture makes sense. At least sorta.
Society6 is great and all, but with convention season warming up, it was time to have some new prints made up that I could actually sell to folks in person!
So, I got 12 new prints done up all fancy like, and they are now for sale in my Etsy shop!
These are super-nice prints and I’m selling them:
1 for $10
2 for $16
3 for $20 (See how they get cheaper the more you buy?)BUT WAIT! IT GETS BETTER!
In celebration of Free Comic Book Day if you buy any of the prints (or anything else from my Etsy), I’ll also draw you a FREE SKETCH of any comic character you like!
Can’t beat free, right?
Obviously, I’d like to do as many free sketches as possible, so your reblogs and retweets and however else you can spread the word is very, very appreciated.
THE LINK TO MY ETSY ONCE AGAIN
My best to you all, and have a happy Free Comic Book Day!

What does Danny see? What happens next? Find out when you read the new The Rack!
I’ve been stranded on an air force base in San Antonio for the last week, so this little Captain Marvel seemed an appropriate thing to doodle.
